    I don't know whether you can keep this up but you have my full admiration (and I have also contributed financially in a small way here and there).

    If you have looked over your shoulders at what is happening elsewhere, you will have noticed how important open communication is to keeping everyone on board and motivating people to greater effort.

    I am trying to do four things I think

    First we all like to see whats happening

    Then its about info not news but showing what is going on

    Then I am trying to show you some of what Directors are "at"

    Then its proof we are aware of day to day issues and progress

    Am enjoying it as well
