Diesel Gala - that was quick

And I have the final takings:

Sales in advance £3.475. On the days £28,430

That's a total of £31,905

Budget was £24,800 so £7,105 or 28% up

    Excellent work by everyone involved in organising and making the weekend work. Taking a look at passing trains whilst working at Dixton, it was very pleasing to see full trains. Andy Protherough (S&T & Drainage Depts.)

    My son & I had a very enjoyable day on Sunday at the Diesel Gala. Hopefully a diesel loco working could be incorporated into the 2014 timetable. Maybe Diesel loco at weekends and DMU midweek? I would then be tempted to come along more often.
